Lost Cat: A True Story of Love, Desperation, and GPS Technology

Hi!

This is my first post! I will try to publish a new one every week; however, there might be some times when I'm just too busy. If you see any mistakes, feel free to point them out. Thanks!

Now, the moment you've all been waiting for.... this week's book review!

Recently, I saw a hardcover book in my school's library with the title Lost Cat. As a certified crazy cat lady, this grabbed my attention right away.
You may be thinking, "I don't want to read a book about a lost cat. It sounds too sad!"
  I confess--I thought that too.
Still, I felt obligated to at least see what this book was about. I read the front flap and was hooked.

This book describes a woman's perseverance to find out where her cat had gone--after he had returned. With the help of a devoted partner, cameras, and mini GPS's, Caroline Paul's writing is humorous and heart-breaking. Delightfully balanced with colorful, first-hand drawings by Wendy MacNaughton, Lost Cat will make you laugh, cry, and laugh some more.

Follow Caroline and Wendy's adventures as they investigate where and why their cat Tibby ran away. It is a must-read for all those who have ever wondered about their pets' secret lives.

See you next week!
